Intel Merrifield platform had been converted to use ACPI enumeration.
However, the driver missed an update to retrieve card detect GPIO.
Fix it here.

Unfortunately we can't rely on CD GPIO state because there are two
different PCB designs in the wild that are using the opposite card
detection sense and there is no way to distinguish those platforms,
that's why ignore CD GPIO completely and use it only as an event.

There are two PCB designs in the wild which use the opposite
signaling for SD card detect. This makes U-Boot working in one case
and failing in the other. Quirk this out by disconnecting SD card
detect pin from the PCB by switching to mode 3.

Intel Edison's SoC uses these endpoints for tracing and they shouldn't
be used for normal transfers, we need to skip them.

We now provide all required kernel configs as "fragments" and patches through
the Yocto recipe. This way we can more easily track mainline, stable and preempt-rt
kernels.

This installs among others `cyclictest` which can be used for testing kernel
latency. A usefull secondary effect is that it writes 0 to `/dev/cpu_dma_latency`,
needed to run the hsu above 500kb/s.

edison.conf: adding mmc-spi.asl was a mistake. We are using the sdhc not the spi driver. SPI is needed for the MAX UARTs
