Git interactions over SSH (push/pull/clone/etc) as been disabled. The decision came out of a need for IS to balance networking complexity and security following a recent networking infrastructure change. The current preferred method for interacting this gitlab service is through HTTPS and Access Tokens (either personal or per-project). To run a merge request pipeline, the jobs in the CI/CD configuration file must be configured to run in merge request pipelines and you must have sufficient permissions in the source project.
